Amazing service from the staff particularly Navanee our Runner. Traveler’s tip ask for the pillow concierge list with 6 different pillow types to try. Additionally know that whenever the door opens the thermostat goes into an eco mode so you should check to keep it at the temperature you want. And if that’s still not cool enough ask for a fan which they are happy to provide and a bucket of ice as well.

The rooms are very large and clean. Bathrooms are nicely renovated. Really great nespresso machine and purified tap water dispensers in the rooms. The service is outstanding. The housekeeping staff noticed my coffee habits and gave me extra. They are very kind and give some surprises.

Excellent hotel . Beaut pool and gym/spa. Amazingly relaxing area near pool. Great staff- a young man Navanee helped me. Very kind and helpful. All staff excellent. Food around the hotel in abundance. This is a premium hotel on a great area. Thanks.

Izzaff and Yamin were very helpful and accommodating during our stay! They ensured our rooms were always properly kept, cleaned and refilled. The rooms are very classy and i like the fact that there’s a tap for filtered water that helps with sustainability rather than using plastic

The Fairmont Singapore is the perfect hotel for a family or professional looking to have a central location with great amenities, superb food and seamless access the public transport system. The Fairmont is located in the Raffles Place mall which has an array of eating and shopping options basically at your hotel room. The hotels location above the City Hall MRT station is perfect for getting around the city quickly and after a long day of travelling and sightseeing having the station at your doorstep is a real bonus. The hotel rooms are modern and spacious with everything you would expect from the 5 star hotel. They are kept clean and serviced impeccably and the views from the city view rooms back towards the city and Marina Bay are fabulous. Great rooms also for families as there are not alot of options in Singapore that have rooms with two double or twin beds as this room did. Other amenities in the hotel such as the pool and bar were great. Spacious and clean and well maintained the pool was great for relaxing after a lot of walking. There are many restaurants in the hotel to choose from and the sister hotel the Swisshotel which is connected also has some good options so you are really spoiled for choices the breakfast buffet at the Fairmont is extensive and excellent and the staff are fantastic. Finally the staff, all were professional, friendly and efficient and great with our kids. They couldn’t do enough for us and went out of their way to make sure our every detail was looked after. Superb hotel, will return and would highly recommend.
